NCPIE's Return and Refund/Exchange Policy
Requests for refunds/exchanges on educational materials received by NCPIE
within two weeks will be honored. The original price paid for the item(s)
will be refunded/exchanged minus the shipping and handling charge(s). The
party returning the materials is responsible for paying any necessary
shipping charges.
If exchanging materials for any item of equal or lesser value, the
difference will be taken into account.

Video Screening Policy -- Videos Only (VHS)
You may preview a NCPIE video before purchasing it. You will need to provide
your credit card number information for holding purposes. You will have
two weeks from the time you receive the video to return it. If the video is
not returned to us in that two week period your credit card will be charged
the cost of the tape without a refund. To take part in this arrangement
